bankroll.fyi is currently in beta. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice as we iterate on the product.
No Guarantee of Data Retention
While we make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss during the beta period. This includes session logs, analytics, settings, and any other information you store in the service. We recommend keeping your own records of any data that is important to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use bankroll.fyi for personal bankroll tracking purposes only. You will not attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the service.
Not Financial or Legal Advice
bankroll.fyi is a tracking and analytics tool. Nothing in the service constitutes financial, tax, legal, or gambling advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bankroll.fyi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to operate the service (email, session data you input). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of bankroll.fyi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
